Australian Immigration Department is going to review its Immigration Policy for Skilled Workers (under subclass 189 and subclass 190) in July 2013. They will also review Skilled Occupations List. 

"We suggest clients who are intending to apply for Australian Immigration under the current policy and nominate occupation in the current relaxed occupations list, they must apply now and safe time. New occupations may be added or some occupations might be removed in the new occupations list"
