Canadian Immigration Occupations List 2013 for 4 May, 2013
Ottawa, April 18, 2013 —The list of 24 occupations that are eligible under the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) when it re-opens on May 4, 2013 was released today.
The eligible occupations stream will have an overall cap of 5,000 new applications and sub-caps of 300 applications in each of the 24 occupations on the list.

Right of Abode / Permanent Residence in Hong Kong
The right of abode in Hong Kong will allow you the right:
- To land in Hong Kong
- To be free from any condition of stay (including a limit of stay) in Hong Kong
- Not to be deported from Hong Kong; and
- Not to be removed from Hong Kong.
If you lose your right of abode in the HKSAR you will automatically acquire the right to land in the HKSAR in accordance with the law, which will allow you the right:
- To land in Hong Kong
- To be free from any condition of stay (including a limit of stay) in Hong Kong; and
- Not to be removed from Hong Kong.
HONG KONG IMMIGRATION
Hong Kong allows Skilled workers to apply for Hong Kong Immigration / Hong Kong Permanent Residency with family. You must fulfill certain requirements, score alteast 80 points and file your application as per the legal guidance.
